To develop is 'to bring out the capabilities or possibilities of; bring to a more advanced or effective state' That's what my Dictionary app says anyway!
Over the duration of my Interior Design course with Mercer, it is evident that my personal taste has developed bringing many more design possibilities. Although i'm not entirely sure if this is a good or bad thing. You see there are now sooooo many different design choices I didn't know about before and I like...no scratch that...i LOVE alot of them!
I loved a few trends and made everything myself when I could, like these weavings
And the crochet rug
Yes I know..... It's too small for the space, those things take a while to make you know ;)
Not to forget the paper mâché' deer head, I just had to make one!
Slowly my style has changed, I still love Mid Century but the bohemian vibe started to grow on me (before it became a trend of course!) you can peek at my pinterest style board here, maybe you could call it mid century bohemian. I'm also in love with Ryan Korban, check him out, I think it's the quirkiness and animals that draws me to his designs, like this one
